Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@urbaneunit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

PRODUCTS DISCOUNTED OR MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' AT TIME OF PURCHASE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, NOR EXCHANGED. MASKS, SOCKS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE FOR HYGIENIC REASONS.

Bundled Products: Bundles are available for exchange or store credit only and must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging.

Swim Returns: We do not accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swimwear that meets the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am – 5pm MST. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
